Marianne Giblin is a newly licensed Practioner who began her path in Religious Science in 1990. Her roots in metaphysics started in 1980 when she began to use Spiritual Principles to guide the communities, businesses and organizations she served to manifest higher good and expanded abundance. An intrepid student of spirituality, healing, the human potential and twelve step recovery movements, Marianne offers a richly diverse perspective that converges with her deep faith and conviction that there is a Power of Good in the Universe greater than we are, we are One with it and we can use it to shape our destiny.
Marianne knows that spirituality is what the world needs now. At COSA she serves an evolving ministry with warmth, wit and divinely guided wisdom that includes community building, life style design and prosperity training. She helps couples heal financial discord and recover financial harmony. She offers an enlightened business vision, design and start-up class series and is a licensed facilitator of "Five Gifts for an Abundant Life!" She is collaborating with Practioner colleagues throughout the region to co-host "A Gathering of Practioners". This one day community building event - based on a collective visioning process now underway - is expected to include professional development training, networking opportunities and other mutually supportive activities.
An innovative and entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of success in the start-up, growth and management of public and private sector organizations, Marianne held CEO and Senior Management positions for 20 years in diverse industries including: downtown revitalization, non-profit, management, real estate, public transportation, political campaign management and entertainment marketing. She is a recipient of the Los Angeles City Council "Pioneer Woman of the Year" and the California Legislature "A Woman Making a Difference in the Heart of Downtown Los Angeles" for her leadership in the Downtown Los Angeles Renaissance. Marianne's passion for transforming the quality of life in the urban core and commercial districts was expressed by empowering commercial property owners to fund and implement a combined $800 million in self-help programs that revitalized the beauty, wellbeing and, prosperity of their business communities.
As a Visionary Success Strategist with Urban Marketing & Management Solutions, a consulting practice she founded in 1999, she provides creative, inspirational business and lifestyle design coaching and advisory support - empowering entrepreneurs, artists, and public and private sector organizations to courageously re-invent themselves in alignment with their authentic core values using conscious visioning, marketing and management techniques to grow and sustain prosperous life style based enterprises.
She is a certified Transformational Breathwork coach; a community drum circle facilitator and has extensive financial planning training. She has a reverence for nature, theater, art, gospel, rhythm and blues and high comedy. She is often seen dancing in the aisles during Sunday service and participating in Native American sweat lodges. To Marianne reverence and irreverence are really the same thing - she lives to love and loves to laugh. |
