MEMORIAL DAY HONORING

On Sunday, May 29^th during our service, we will honor the memory of our loved ones in a special ceremony with the lighting of a candle and a rose bud.

his is your invitation to join in this time of honoring. If you wish to honor the memory of one or more loved ones, simply fill out this form and turn it in before May 17^th with $5.00 for each person you wish to honor. There will be a candle and a rose bud for each person you wish to honor. 

Following the service on Sunday, May 29^th, the candle(s) and rose bud(s) will be yours to take home with you.
